Select Special Features to Create the Storage You Need
Design a safety cabinet to fufill your unique storage requirements with out wasting valuable workspace.
Specifications: Double-wall, 18-ga. Steel. Features 1 1/2" airspace, 2"H leakproof bottom well, full-length door hinges, one shelf, your choice of color and door legend. Self-latching doors and flush-mounted door handles. Self-closing door(s) can be added as a special option. Cabinets 12 to 28 inches wide have one door; cabinets 28 to 49 inches wide have two doors. Cabinets 50 to 72 inches wide have four doors.
Compliance: OSHA and NFPA Code 30 specifications. Self-Closing Cabinets meet UFC 79.
Standard Design
Determine Exterior Cabinet Dimensions:
Height * Width Depth * If you want a front kick recess(Step 4A), add 3 1/2" to cabinet height. To determine interior cabinet dimensions, subtract 4" from the height, 3" from the width and 3" from the depth listed above. Note: Self-closing doors may be required in California and other areas.
